Buying ROBLOX card from the internet

So, i decided to buy roblox cards and the thing is they are cheap and all, but ive got a problem. It says that region is NORTH AMERICA, but i live in Lithuania, so if i buy the card and recieve the code does that mean i can't activate the code or something? Thanks.
