He left a video for further context, and It actually helped me to get mine.

 

go to chrome extensions. download any vpn in ur browser. set it to germany. and try uninstalling it and rejoining a game. if you still have the display name thats good. but if you lose it after you remove the extension you could try another one. i said that because vpn makes stuff slower.

I think it is fully out, because on my settings is says "display name"
