To insert a profile picture, click your username 'MLForums' in the top right corner of the website. Hover your mouse over your *current* profile picture, click it. It will allow you the insert your wanted profile picture. Best of luck.

Well if you are talking about making that picture fit correctly your profile pic you can just use a picture editing program
