I've been locked out of my account (beyspeed123)

So here's how this all happened.. I tried to reset my PIN through the roblox support system then they locked the account and now I cant log back in the account i tried the support email but they kept telling me i should use the google play receipt **** when I believe there is more methods of providing information that the account is ****ING YOURS. Someone please help me I don't know what to do.

Will it still work if I changed bank accounts because the last time I used a google play receipt for robux was back in 2015.

frankly i am not sure (as i have never had this problem) but do still try it

if it still does not work then contact support again and tell them that it did not work

also if you do not mind me asking, how exactly did you get locked out for trying to reset your PIN?

Well, my Google Play account shows a transaction from 2014.
PS. But it does not provide any meaningful details (like transaction number) other than the app icon and name of feature purchased.

Even if I tell the support system they'll just tell me the same thing either they locked my account or someone got into it.

Plus I don't even use google play anymore I got an iPhone and I rarely use google play for transactions

if you do not have access to the google play account which has the robux receipt then you need to tell roblox support about that, try asking for other ways to get the account unlocked

not sure if you will be given the same instructions or new ones but it is still worth a shot
