Why does it say i am not eligible for a group payout?

Hello my user on roblox is FootBall_Guy2 I recently got hacked and lost a little over 2k worth of Robux of stuff and I got my 3-year-old account back but I am a little sad the user who took it was named "Pauused". My main question is why can't I do group payouts? He made me leave a bunch of my groups one of which was mine and had almost 1.5k Robux in it thankfully I got it back but now it says I am not eligible for a group payout because I haven't been in the group long enough when I have never had this problem with other people that join that minute why is this?

1. If the group was just created then you cant do payouts
2. Do you have group funds?
3. Did you made the group?

If all of those are wrong then idk.

The group is almost 2 years old we have group funds and the I am the owner.

I have been in the group for almost 2 years but when a person got into my account they left the group and now I just rejoined :(

When you join a group, you must wait a bit since you just joined that group.
As i said, it's to prevent bots.
